Discovery

To help you get the most from PeoplePlan, we begin with Project Discovery.

This is your chance to take us through the challenges that you are facing. So that we can learn about you, understand your organisation, and capture information about your operation and your existing processes. We find out what you would like to gain from implementing PeoplePlan and guide you through the features and options that we can see are the best fit for you.

Project Plan

We translate our discovery findings into the Project Plan.

This is where we document what you need and what we will deliver. We plan together the steps and resources needed at each stage, to establish the timeline of actions.

We can guide you with our well-established delivery process but tailor any timeline to suit the demands and resource availability within your business.

Implementation

Our knowledgeable and experienced team will work closed with you every step of the way.

We guide you on the data and decisions required during set up.

Our technical people can talk with your (or your third party supplier) technical people, to make any integrations work as streamlined and efficient as possible.

We walk your key team members through system testing, so that you can be confident of all aspects of the system ahead for launch.

Training

Training on all aspects of the system is included for key team members as part of the delivery phase.

We work with you to establish the best method for rollout training, depending on the scale of your operations and people to be trained. Examples of how we've done this in the past range from training the trainer to group training, online or on-site sessions (to align with shift patterns). We also create tailored user manuals and make these accessible in your system.

Launch

We build in both parallel running and hypercare into your go-live phase, to ease the transition and ensure we're on hand should you need us.

Support

It doesn't stop at go live!

Our customer service and support team will be there, not just in case of any issues, but for further questions and to give guidance when there are business changes in the future.

Your system will benefit from routine upgrades and we'll communicate with you when these are available.
