Who We Are

A brief history of eleventeenth

eleventeenth was formed in 1999 as a multi-disciplinary internet development company.

The directors has previously worked together at Team17 Software, where they had created the UK’s first multi-vendor web shopping mall.

After this they formed the core of DHL Worldwide Express’ Global Internet development team.

During this time they developed and managed a global network of Web sites, a global intranet and developed a series of business critical applications such as web and email parcel tracking.

eleventeenth originally worked in a number of areas, Developing their own eCommerce, email marketing and content management systems. During this time, we produced websites for a vast array of clients including the European Leisure Software Publishers Association, Chief Economic Advisor to the Treasury, Ed Balls and the Royal Armouries Museum.

A specific focus was press asset management and stock and sales reporting for the video games industry, working with many of the industry's biggest names, including Acclaim, Activision, Eidos, Electronic Arts, Nintendo, Sega and THQ. We also produced an on-line leagues system for Dragonball Z Budokai, an early example of internet connected gaming.

After creating a resource management system for West Yorkshire Police, we were asked by one of the world's largest beverage manufacturers to help them with their labour planning. Since then, eleventeenth has focused exclusively on workforce management solutions, developing a class leading solution that is used by global blue-chip corporations including Coca-Cola, Nestlé and PepsiCo.

eleventeenth is ISO 27001:2022 certified and in 2024 achieved a bronze EcoVadis award for sustainability.
